Bear down literally....

 Patriots 36-7 Bears:

Tons of story lines coming before the kick off. How would the weather affect the game. Mike Martz vs Bill Belicheck, and much more. At the final whistle there were no more questions just answers. This game showed us that the New England Patriots, and Tom Brady are the best team in football. It also showed us that our beloved Bears have a load of work to do before they can call themselves a power house in the NFC. The Blizzard bowl was just a straight, good o'l fashion ass whoopin by the Patriots.
Tom Brady was perfect once again, throwing for 27 completions on 40 attempts, and a season high 369 yds.  Once again the Patriots defense plays at a high level and wills their team to the W. Each week this Patriots defense gets better and better. It showed here in week 14.On the other side of the ball,  Little Danny Woodhead, Deion Branch, and Wes Welker burned the Bears secondary today. Today showed us that the Patriots are the best team in the NFL, and have the best coach, and player.
Let's face it Bears played like sh*t, and got beat to sh*t. The things is the Patriots have been doing this all year. best offense in the league, scoring 30 pts/game. Bears up to this point gave up 16 pts/game. The "Monster of the midway" gave up 33 in the first half. The defense looked uninterested. Once we got down 21 all the fight, and effort we had left us and went out the window. Truly a pathetic effort on both sides of the ball. Jay was 12/16, 152 yds, and 2 picks. Mike was out coached, and it showed. Not a lot we could do on offense. The one positive coming out of this game is our special teams. Daniel Manning, and Devon Hester gave us good field position all day.

Next week we have the Minnesota Vikings at home, but with all this distraction going on with the Vikings we have a good chance to win that game. Preview post coming up this week.

Other news:
Lions beat the Packers 7-3, and Aaron Rodgers sidelined with a concussion. Next week the Packers have the Pats next week in Foxboro. Bears win next week, and we can practically clinch the division title. Bears have a week to get their heads straight, and get focused. Look for Bears news stories this week..........
